Irit, I haven't seen these figurative paintings you've been doing! Cool! I like this one the very best, the colors and composition are striking. Your colors are so vivid, I wish I knew how you get them so bright and yet they look nice and oily. Do you by any chance use cold-pressed linseed oil? I heard that won't turn your colors darker but I haven't tried it -- I need to.
