I like i love it very much Irit... because in my life i always dreamed to cook as a great cook. I like to cook. More it's difficult more i like.
In 2003 i met a great gourmet cook, Philippe Rochat in Swiss. He asked me to come in her kitchen during 1 week.
It was fabulous and he encouraged me to take a degree of cook.
I thought i was too old ! But i listened him and i managed.
I don't work in the restaurant but it was a very nice chalenge...
