"Hot Fudge Sauce"

Here is a recipe for Hot Fudge Sauce which is good on ice cream and other desserts.

Ingredients:

• 6 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation:

Over medium heat, melt ingredients. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Refrigerate leftover hot fudge sauce.
